With House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) out, Republicans are staring down a leadership reshuffle among their ranks.

The race is already on to replace Cantor as majority leader, with some conservatives mounting support behind Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), as a likely top contender. Rep. Pete Sessions (R-Tex.), who chairs the House Rules Committee, is also eying the spot, while House Finance Services Chair Rep. Jeb Hensarling (R-Tex.), dealt a blow to conservative Republicans by announcing he won’t seek the position. House leadership elections are scheduled for June 19.

PostTV took to Capitol Hill to ask some of the House’s most conservative members what qualities they’d like to see among their next batch of leaders. Check it out here.
