The situation in Iraq dominated the conversation during the Sunday morning news shows. Former vice president Dick Cheney clashed with Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), and lawmakers from both parties talked about the threat that the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria presents to U.S. national security.
