The Iwo Jima Memorial at sunrise Sunday, using high dynamic range photography. (Angela B. Pan Photography) One of the great memorials of Northern Virginia, or anywhere, was captured beautifully Sunday by the State of NoVa’s favorite photographer, Angela B. Pan. As always, Pan uses high dynamic range photography (HDR), combining several images to create a finished product with more depth and vibrancy. Pan has a great eye for capturing the beauty of Northern Virginia, which we’ve also featured here and here.
