Reston woman has roof torn off, didn’t want roof torn off

Getting your home’s roof repaired, or replaced, is a big deal. So Sharon Moore’s neighbors in Reston thought it was odd that she wasn’t around, and hadn’t mentioned anything about roof repair, when men started tearing the shingles off her roof one day last month.

They had the wrong house, Fox5’s Beth Parker reports in this entertaining piece. The workers from Wadden Construction then moved over to the correct address, leaving lots of that awful roofing debris in her yard and not saying anything to Moore. Wadden Construction somehow failed to respond to Parker’s request for comment. Here’s her story:
