details of policy and politics while honing their perfect stage craft for Wednesday’s first presidential debate. With a race still in flux, the stakes couldn’t be higher for both candidates.
But where will you be watching?
Come on out to Langston’s Bar and Grille, at 1831 Benning RD, NE, where The RootDC, BloggingToTheChoir and WestonTaylor Marshall will host a debate watching party, complete with free food, an open bar and political commentary offered by CNN and MSNBC analyst Jamal Simmons. There’s no charge for admission, although a $25 V.I.P. ticket, purchased at the door, will get you deck seating, a server and a more intimate conversation with Simmons after the debate.
