Milk as oil? The Obama administration re-thinks regulation

Cass Sunstein, administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, recently spoke at the American Enterprise Institute on how the Obama administration has taken steps to reduce the burden of excessive hours and dollars because of overregulation or poorly thought-out rules.

One example: Since the 1970s, milk has been defined as oil and subject to many regulations and fees the oil industry faces.
