Friday Rant: Never satisfied edition

As we lie here on the couch feeling like a severely overinflated tire, and not actually really working today, our thoughts turn to satiety. And brevity.

As the news rolled in during the first part of the week when news organizations were still allowing news to occur because they had the staff on hand to write it up, the news was pretty much all good for Obamacare. Site working better. More people covered. More happy customers. Beginnings of rational cost containment. All good.

So of course we waited for the conversation to change and the GOP to acknowledge that their hysteria was premature and now they would be undertaking a more constructive role in the health care debate. But of course we actually DIDN’T expect that.

Some people will never be satisfied because they won’t and can’t be satisfied.
