Charlie Sheen D.C. police escort “under investigation” [Update]

So how exactly did Charlie Sheen get that police escort on Tuesday night from the airport to DAR Constitution Hall?

Washington police spokeswoman Gwendolyn Crump told The Post’s Paul Duggan on Wednesday, “This entire matter is under investigation.”
