Just when you think it’s been awhile since Conan O’Brien’s been on TV to remind us of the strife NBC put him through...that changes! Specifically, on Jimmy Fallon’s late night show — in old studio — while he’s presumably in New York to get ready for his own “Conan” NYC stint at the end of the month.
Anyway, Conan returned to his old studio to make a few Max Weinberg jokes, retrieve Triumph the Insult Comic Dog, and have this exchange.
Jimmy: That's right, you were here for 16 years. And then — what happened?
Conan: (maniacal laughter) Don’t you worry about that....it all worked out fine.
Trust us Conan — we remember.
