CW announces new-season premiere dates

CW will stay out of the fray of Premiere Week and start rolling out its new primetime schedule on ,Oct. 2, with the return of “Hart of Dixie,” followed by the return of “Supernatural” the next night.

Back in May, CW unveiled three new dramas for the fall, massive moving of returning shows, and nights that are themed — doctor night, superhero night, paranormal night, etc – all hallmarks of the fall schedule that network president Mark Pedowitz promised advertisers would be “transformative.” He also announced that “The Secret Circle” and “Ringer” are toast — as is “H8R,” to the surprise of no one.

Anyway, here’s a look at CW’s rollout plans:
