CW renews ‘The Vampire Diaries,’ ‘Supernatural,’ ‘90210’


"The Vampire Diaries” (Quantrell D.Colbert - THE CW)
CW gave early pickups to the network’s top-rated show, “The Vampire Diaries,” the fan fave “Supernatural” and “90210” for next season.

CW’s announcement is noticeably lacking any information about prospects for another season of the Sarah Michelle Gellar soap “The Ringer,” as well as the action drama “Nikita,” “Gossip Girl,” “Hart of Dixie” and “The Secret Circle.”

CW had already announced that its reality series “America’s Next Top Model” was coming back for a bajillionth season.
