Psy, the pop-culture phenomenon — or, as Bill O’Reilly likes to call him, that  “fat little guy from Pyongyang” — is coming to celebrate Christmas in Washington, Gangman style, with the President of the United States and other invited guests.

The South Korean singing sensation, who currently holds the title for the most-watched YouTube video of all time (his “Gangnam” viral hit has 848 million views as of this writing) will close out TNT’s annual “Christmas in Washington” holiday special, the network announced Thursday.

President Obama and the First Lady will be in attendance, TNT said.

Also scheduled to perform: Diana Ross, and Broadway actress Megan Hilty. And, just in case Psy’s having an off night, TNT had lined up a trifecta of personalities from all three broadcast singing competition series to perform at the event and gather ratings for the “Christmas in Washington” Dec. 21 telecast: “The X Factor’s” 18-24 Demographic Judge Demi Lovato,  “The Voice’s” popular spring-season non-winner Chris Mann, and “American Idol’s” 2011 winner Scotty McCreery.

TBS late night star Conan O’Brien will host for the second consecutive year.
