Keith Russell

Washington’s NBC affiliate is getting a new anchor, the station announced Monday. Former sportscaster Keith Russell, formerly of Phildelphia’s local ABC station, will join WRC as a co-anchor for “News4 Midday” with Barbara Harrison.
He will also contribute to the station’s evening newscasts, the announcement added.
Before moving to the District, Russell was the primary sports anchor for Phill’s WPVI; before that, he worked for ESPN.
