The producers and cast of the ABC hit comedy series “Modern Family” settled their differences, avoided a lawsuit and will begin shooting Monday.

Both sides in the brouhaha confirmed the agreement Friday, just in time for ABC’s Summer Press Tour party. The new deal gives the ensemble comedy’s adult cast members nearly triple the $65,000 per episode they were making before they filed their lawsuit against show producer 20th Century Fox.

Sofia Vergara, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet, Julie Bowen and Ty Burrell will make in the neighborhood of $180,000 an episode; it’s unclear how the deal will affect the salary of Ed O’Neill, who was making $100,000 an episode.
