President Obama to save us from boring night of primetime with more tough talk as budget deadline looms

At 9 p.m. tonight, your programming choices on the broadcast networks will be:

* A “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” repeat on NBC

* An episode of “MasterChef” on Fox

* A new two-hour night of “The Bachelorette” on ABC

* A special about health and finance news on the Washington market’s CBS station

On the bright side, President Obama just announced he plans on interrupting them all for a live address.
