Rosie O’Donnell: The new Oprah?

Rosie O'Donnell (Chris Pizzello - AP) Oprah Winfrey is sick of all this “who’s going to be the next Oprah?” blather. Because of course, it’s going to be Rosie O’Donnell, who’s doing a daily talk show for her new Oprah Winfrey Network.

And in case there’s any question about that, OWN announced Tuesday that Rosie’s daily talk show will be shot at Harpo Studios in Chicago, where Oprah’s daily syndicated talk show — which wraps up May 25 — has been shot.

“Harpo is a world class studio and I can’t wait to do my show from Chicago. It’s a dream come true...beyond the beyond.” Rosie said in the announcement.

“I’m delighted to welcome Rosie to the studio I’ve called home for so many years,” Oprah added.
