Rob Lowe cannot take Charlie Sheen’s place on “Two and a Half Men,” NBC’s “Parks and Recreation” producer says. And not just because Rob Lowe is, well, Rob Lowe, and Charlie Sheen is Charlie Sheen. But because he’s under a multi-year contract to star in “Parks and Rec,” Michael Schur told fans attending the Paley Center’s annual TV festival in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, talking-head-between-gigs Keith Olbermann insists the Sheen catchphrases that are taking the nation by storm are really the work of San Fransisco Giants pitcher Brian Wilson.
