Obama launches new TV ad in Virginia

TV viewers in Virginia and eight other states are getting treated to yet another presidential ad. The latest comes from President Obama, who
President Obama at a campaign fund-raising event in Baltimore on Tuesday. (Kevin Lamarque - Reuters) accuses Republican front-runner Mitt Romney of racking up too much debt as governor of Massachusetts.

The Fix blog notes, however, that the national debt grew by a much higher rate under Obama than Massachusetts debt did under Romney.

The ad will air in Colorado, Florida, Iowa, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
