Romney to return to Virginia on Friday

Mitt Romney, who had two campaign events in Virginia on Monday, returns to the commonwealth Friday.

Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney at a campaign rally Monday in Newport News, Va. (Evan Vucci - AP) The Republican presidential hopeful and former Massachusetts governor will hold a late-morning rally in Richmond.

The event takes place at Mobility Supercenter, which sells handicapped-accessible vans and power chairs. It begins at 11:30 a.m. at 7450 Midlothian Turnpike. Doors open at 9:30 a.m.

The rally is free and open to the public. To RSVP and get tickets, visit Romney’s campaign Web site.
