A national bus tour organized by two conservative groups swings into Virginia this week with a message of fiscal and moral responsibility.
The “Values Bus Tour” is billed as “bringing Americans around the nation together to voice support for fiscal responsibility, religious liberty, life and marriage,” according to an announcement from the Family Foundation of Virginia.
The Family Research Council and the Heritage Foundation have organized the bus tour, which comes to Pearisburg on Thursday, Harrisonburg and Woodstock on Friday, Roanoke and Lynchburg on Sunday, and Richmond on Tuesday.
