A fight between two teenagers at Centreville High School was captured on video and posted to YouTube last week.
Fairfax County schools spokesman John Torre said the incident is being investigated by administrators.
“Allegations like this are taken seriously, and we follow up on them,” Torre said. Harassment, bullying and intimidation and other malicious acts will result in discipline, he said.
Any action that “endangers the wellbeing of other students will result in disciplinary action, at the discretion of the principal,” according to a statement released by the school system.
