Elissa Myers, a single mom with two toddlers in Waldorf, longs to make over her “dark and dismal” living room. Her husband died of cardiac arrest last year and she’d like the space to feel “cheery” again. Most of all, the purple paint has to go.
In this week’s House Calls, designers Kelcey Huff and Tracy Schlegel turn the room into a simple, organized space for watching movies and playing with toys.
