One of Dupont’s Six Sisters finds a buyer

These row houses on 16th Street NW are known as the Six Sisters. (Stanton Schnepp)

After years of living in Los Angeles, Karas, 67, moved to the District nearly a year ago and rented a place across the street from his new home. The former actor and bundler for the Obama campaign fell in love with the city’s architecture.

The three-bedroom, two-bath, 2,760-square-foot row house has two fireplaces, two decks and parking for two cars. Stanton Schnepp and Michael Marriott of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage represented the seller. Brian Smith of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage represented the buyer.

Correction: An earlier version of this story incorrectly stated that Stanton Schnepp represented the buyer. He represented the seller.
