What you can rent for $2,250 in the Washington D.C. region

In the past we have compared what you can buy in the D.C. metro area at certain prices. Now, we are going to look at a few examples of what you can rent. This is not meant to be a comprehensive list but rather a sample of what’s available out there to give prospective renters an idea of what they’ll find within their budgets in and around the District.

This month, with the help of Zillow, a real estate information Web site, we look at three rentals in D.C., Maryland and Virginia for $2,250. Click the links underneath the addresses to be taken to the Zillow listings for more information about each rental.
