Jump ball: Was that a bad triple-double?

Last night JaVale McGee got his first career triple double, during a 98-79 loss to the Chicago Bulls.

Here’s DC Sports Bog Dan Steinberg on McGee’s attempts:

This is JaVale McGee, on an insane, relentless, maniacal quest to get his first career triple double. If that required wretched airballs and a technical foul for hanging on the rim when he finally got into double digits in pionts, well, you can’t make an omelette without smashing some eggs with a sledgehammer and smearing them on the kitchen walls.

Was this insane? Or a bright spot in another loss? Please share your thoughts below.
