Warriors at Wizards: Game 37 discussion thread

Nick Young is back after missing the previous game with a bruised right knee, but he will continue to back up Jordan Crawford, who has been on a tear of late and scored a game-high 31 points in the Wizards’ 101-98 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday.

The Wizards got some solid contributions from their reserves, especially veterans Roger Mason Jr. and Maurice Evans, in the win against Cleveland. Andray Blatche didn’t experience any setbacks in his return and has an opportunity to reach a personal milestone: He is just three points shy of 4,000 career points. Coach Randy Wittman said Ronny Turiaf is also expected to return soon from completing his work visa problems.

Former Wizard Dominic McGuire will start at shooting guard for the Golden State Warriors. Wes Unseld Jr., who had spent the past 13 years with the organization, is now an assistant with the Warriors. Golden State (14-20) is concluding a five-game Eastern Conference road trip to start the second half of the season.

Tipoff: 7 p.m. TV: Comcast SportsNet; Radio: 106.7 (WJFK FM). Check out a live box score for today’s game here.
