The Supreme Court could rule on the health care law as soon as Monday. If the Court does overturn the individual mandate, it is almost certainly going to be on a party-line vote, with the five Republican-appointed justices voting against the law. As we've covered on this blog before, the irony of that is that the individual mandate was a Republican idea that Democrats embraced in the late-Aughts in order to win Republican support.
