The shortest film ever nominated for an Oscar

Who can ever find time to watch all the movies nominated for Academy Awards? No one, that's who. Most of them are more than two hours long.

But this year's nominees also included PES's "Guacamole," which clocked in at a mere 1 minute, 40 seconds and was nominated for Best Animated Short. It didn't win, but at least it managed to set a record for shortest-ever Oscar nominee:
