Watch President Obama’s top economist juggle two apples and an egg

In a profile today, I wrote about the story of Jason Furman, the chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers. Many readers have commented on the fact that he was roommates with Matt Damon and that he has juggling skills dating back to his time growing up in New York. Now for the evidence.

Here's a recent video of Furman juggling at a talent show at Hyde-Addison Elementary School, which his children -- Henry, 6, and Louisa, 5 -- attend. (Look closely to see what Furman does with the egg.)

In high school, Furman would juggle in Washington Square Park. He sometimes tossed six balls at a time or burning torches, would use a unicycle and even indulged a bit of fire eating. He'd earn $30 to $100 per show. Here are two photos as a teenage Furman juggling.
