Name That Data!

The second installment of Name That Data is here! Since a whole bunch of you figured it out last time I'm going a little lighter on the hints this go-round. Again, I've mapped out a county-level dataset below. I don't mean to keep doing counties, but this one was too good to pass up, and let's face it --  everyone loves county maps!

Your job -- tell me the quantity mapped, either in the comments below, on Twitter by tweeting @_cingraham using the hashtag #NameThatData (the hashtag is important!! it helps me tally all the responses at the end), or simply by e-mailing me with "Name That Data" in the subject line. For hints, you get the following: A) it's a percentage of something and B) it has to do with money.

Do your worst and I'll see you  Monday.

Christopher Ingraham writes about politics, drug policy and all things data. He previously worked at the Brookings Institution and the Pew Research Center.
