Brady Dennis is a national economics reporter, writing about topics as varied as financial regulation, the foreclosure crisis and unemployment. He was a finalist for the 2009 Pulitzer Prize for a series of explanatory stories about the financial crisis. Dennis previously worked with author Bob Woodward on the 2008 best-selling book “The War Within.” Before that, he spent seven years as a reporter for the St. Petersburg (Fla.) Times, where he received the 2006 Ernie Pyle Award for human interest writing for a series of stories call “300 Words.” He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
