At Bat 11: Swinging for the ballpark fences

At Bat 11 Lite
Swinging for the ballpark fences

The boys of summer go high-tech in the lite version of Major League Baseball’s At Bat 11, a must-have app for baseball fans. Although the lite version of the app doesn’t have as many features as its $14.99 premium counterpart, it does cover the essentials plus a couple cool extra gems. The app lets fans access scores, news, standings and video. It also has layered maps of every ballpark in the country, useful if you’re at the game and are in desperate need of an ATM (or a beer).

Loyal fans can set their favorite team in their profile and check-in at games and events. You can also link the app to an account, if you have one. Free, for Android and iOS.
