Pharmaceuticals
District-based Vanda Pharmaceuticals said the Phase IIb/III clinical trial studying the drug tasimelteon in treating major depressive disorder did not meet its primary endpoints. The company said it has ended its program of using tasimelteon as a treatment for major depressive disorder.
