Apple announcement rumors: Earphones redesigned

It’s not just the iOS devices, but the familiar accessories that come with them that could be in for a makeover. Ahead of Apple’s iPhone 5 announcement, rumors continue to swirl about a fancy redesign to the iconic white headphones.

Vietnamese Web site Tinhte first reported on the new buds, with photos to match. The earpods are reportedly being made in Vietnam and will be sold with the new iPhone, TechCrunch wrote last week.
