Feb. 22, 2012 - Over the past week alone, gas prices in California and several other parts of the country have spiked 20 cents a gallon. Experts say many motorists could start to see five dollar a gallon prices by summer. (Feb. 22) (/The Associated Press) Correction: Clarification:
