At Brussels summit, euro zone leaders reach agreement as they try to resolve crisis
European leaders meet for a second day in Brussels to try to resolve the euro zone’s economic woes. On Monday, Cyprus became the latest victim of the region’s debt crisis, as it asked for a bailout. It is the fifth euro-zone country to do so.
