Potomac Ferris wheel unlikely to be an issue for pilots

National Harbor in Prince George’s County is installing a $15 million Ferris wheel, to be called the Capital Wheel, on a pier on the Potomac River. Real estate magnate Milt Peterson sees the ride as a way to bring more guests — especially families — to his multibillion-dollar project, which includes outlet stores, hotels, restaurants and — soon — a casino.
