The best cities for foreclosure deals

Here’s a look at the cities where interested buyers can find the best discounts on foreclosures compared to their full market value. We’ve also included the two cities with the least discounts and what you can find in our nation’s capital. Data are from a Zillow analysis using September 2012 numbers.

Foreclosures in the Twin Cities sold on average 13.9 percent less than what their true market value was.
