According to data compiled by Equilar, these chief executives were the area’s highest paid in fiscal year 2010.

Craig A. Dubow is chairman and chief executive of media company Gannett. His salary is just under $1 million, but his total compensation was $7.92 million. He ranks 15th on the list.
