Float app review

Float
Making news easy to read and share

Float, a news reader from the document-posting site Scribd, is a news app that delivers relevant news content in a format that’s easy to digest on a smaller screen. The service pulls content from news partners such as the Associated Press and embeds photographs and other images into the body of the articles while letting you bypass ads and other site distractions. And, of course, the app also has a social component that lets you share to Facebook or Twitter or on Float itself. The app’s options for displaying in different modes and its ability to hook into Scribd make it a functional, versatile app. Free, for iOS.
