Lew Says `Buffett Rule' Should Guide Tax Code Overhaul

Sep. 19, 2011 - Sept. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Jack Lew, director of the White House Office of Management and Budget, talks about President Barack Obama's plan to reduce the U.S. budget deficit. Obama proposed $1.5 trillion in tax increases over the next decade largely targeting the wealthy, to help trim the debt and he's also adopting billionaire investor Warren Buffett's suggestion that the nation's "mega-wealthy" pay more taxes.
