Obama White House Wrote 5% Fewer Rules Than Bush (Video)

Oct. 25, 2011 - Oct. 25 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama has approved fewer new government regulations when compared to the number of new rules President George W. Bush approved at the same point in their tenures, according to government data reviewed by Bloomberg.
