After 16 years of marriage and 15 years in business, their secret to success: "We agreed early on that any major decisions had to be made unanimously. This did cause a lot of friction but it taught us to make a compelling case and look at each issue from each other’s point of view. Did we fight? Sure, but that’s what your second car is for. When we needed a little space or time apart, we drove to work separately. Everyone in the store knew when we were arguing, but we tried not to let any issues related to home interfere with work."
