Dec. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Al Hunt, executive editor at Bloomberg News, talks about President Barack Obama's proposal to cut or eliminate payroll taxes for employers in 2012, which is faltering in Congress because of concerns about its cost and skepticism that it would spur hiring. Hunt, speaking on Bloomberg Television's "InBusiness With Margaret Brennan," also discusses the Republican Presidential nomination race, which is becoming one of the cheapest primaries in more than a decade.
