Solyndra CEO, CFO Invoke Rights, Refuse to Testify

Sep. 23, 2011 - Sept. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Brian Harrison, chief executive officer of Solyndra LLC and Bill Stover, chief financial officer, refused to testify before the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations in Washington about the solar-panel maker's $535 million U.S. loan guarantee. Harrison and Stover invoked their fifth amendment rights. Solyndra fired its 1,100 employees in August and then filed for bankruptcy in September.
