What should be done with Jack B. Johnson’s unreleased book?

Former Prince George’s County executive Jack B. Johnson ordered 275,000 copies of “A Legacy: Leadership, Service” to be distributed to county residents, but the books didn’t make it out of the warehouse before Johnson was implicated in a federal corruption probe.
