The Kennedy Center’s Millennium Stage is teaming up with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority to showcase some of the best D.C. street performers affiliated with MetroPerforms!, the performing arts tier of WMATA’s Art in Transit Program. The free concert will take place Sunday.
The barbershop quartet See Jane Sing! — from left, Paulette Sandene, baritone, of Fairfax; Bonnie Cardwell, lead, of Vienna; Emily Faalasli, bass, of Annandale; and Chantel Pomerville, tenor, of Manassas — doesn’t actually include any Janes. The women will join fellow Metro station performers on the Kennedy Center's Millennium Stage for a free concert Sunday at 6 p.m. Ricky Carioti/The Washington Post Buy Photo
