TV highlights: ‘Bones’ moves to a new night

“Bones” (Fox at 8 p.m.) has Brennan serving on a heated jury for the show’s first Friday night episode. The case involves a professional soccer player who’s charged with murdering his wife, but Brennan doesn’t think he’s guilty until his best friend also winds up dead.

The “Styled to Rock” (Bravo at 8) designers are asked to design a club look for Miley Cyrus, but tempers explode when contestants have to battle for limited fabric.

The “Great Performances” series revisits “Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Oklahoma!” (PBS at 9) with Hugh Jackman as Curly in the 1998 Royal National Theatre production of the musical. Josefina Gabrielle stars as Laurey and Shuler Hensley is Jud Fry.

RETURNING SHOW: The Season 4 opener of “Raising Hope” (Fox at 9) has the Chances looking into why a mysterious Natesville resident keeps showing up in their lives, and it leads to a revelation from Maw Maw about Virginia’s past.

RETURNING SHOW: The fourth season of “Sweet Home Alabama” (CMT at 9) has the new bachelorette, Kelsey Smith, beginning her search for love by meeting 22 would-be suitors. Eleven are from the country and the rest are city slickers, but they’re all determined to win Kelsey’s heart.

Nick and Hank investigate a drowning that leads them to a group of aquatic Wesen on “Grimm” (NBC at 9). Captain Renard tries to find out the royal baby’s parentage, and Rosalee moves in with Monroe.

“Against the Tide” (Showtime at 10) chronicles the seminal 1970 college football matchup between Alabama’s Crimson Tide and the USC Trojans at Birmingham’s Legion Field. Through interviews with Joe Namath, John Mitchell and USC star Sam “Bam” Cunningham, this documentary examines coach Paul “Bear” Bryant’s decision to bring a racially integrated football team onto the field in Birmingham.

Grayson attempts to win Lady Jayne’s heart on “Dracula” (NBC at 10), but his mission of vengeance is complicated by the arrival of an old friend. Lucy throws her energy into an engagement party for Mina and Harker to get over her heartbreak.

Actress Connie Britton is on “Late Show With David Letterman” (CBS at 11:35), along with a musical performance from country group Lady Antebellum.

Television personalities Bill O’Reilly and Guy Fieri come to “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” (NBC at 11:35), with musical guest Lee Brice.

TV personality Phil McGraw and sports host Erin Andrews join “Jimmy Kimmel Live” (ABC at 11:35), with a musical performance from Florida Georgia Line.
