Khachapuri available at Compass Rose

The street food-centric restaurant opened last week with a worldly selection of sidewalk snacks. Our favorite? The khachapuri, a traditional Georgian dish of bread, cheese and a raw egg ($14). Owner Rose Previte recommends ripping off the bread and dipping it in the middle as you go.
