A rooftop pool party with free food, frozen drinks and incredible sunset views.
What an amateur operation. They try really hard to promote these fabulous "Rooftop pool parties" but the crowd is a bunch of families/hotel guests, with Miller Lite girls walking around. The dj and sound equipment is awful. The worst part is the lazy bartenders, automatic gratuity, and overpriced drinks.
My buddy Collin spent $750 one Sunday. I don't know how that is even possible but I went up there with him the next weekend and they didn't even give the poor guy a single drink for free. Let's keep in mind even though this is a Bethesda party probably only 20% of the people there have bank accounts and less than that have any type of credit card. Maybe that's why the music there was so bad. The first DJ there was so awful I had to go say something. The second DJ who was wearing that tshirt that says COLLEGE on it was a lot better. He probably got it for free by filing out one of those credit card applications on the campus of MC - Takoma Park. Overall it was a fun place to go during the day on a Sunday and I would go back.
